A photo album that opens on a tap.
A printed album holds a handful of pictures. The trip behind them — the days, the places, the hundreds of photos that did not make the cut — stays on your phone. A MINNGR tag connects the two.
How it works
- Make a memory. A trip, a day out, a birthday. Add photos and videos; MINNGR puts them on a map and in order.
- Write it to a tag. Your phone writes the memory’s address onto a small NFC tag. Any standard NFC sticker or tag works.
- Stick it on. On the album, the frame or the gift.
- They tap. Whoever you give it to holds their phone to the tag and the memory opens in their browser. No app, no account.
Good to know
- People you share with can look, scroll and play. They can never change anything.
- Photos are stored privately and never listed or searchable.
- Stop sharing in the app and the tag stops working immediately. Share again later and you can reuse the same tag.
- Most recent iPhones and Android phones read NFC tags with no extra app. For everyone else there is a private link and a QR code.
Where it fits
On a travel album you give to your parents, a frame on a shelf, a gift with a story behind it. See also how to share a whole trip with one tap.
MINNGR is in private beta. Leave your email and we’ll invite you as soon as there’s room.
